Adult Education

Urban League of Greater Hartford's community education program provides underserved individuals in the Greater Hartford region with basic education and GED preparation services in the context of career preparation.  The program targets individuals with multiple barriers to achieve to achievement, including ex-offenders, the homeless and English learners. We provide education and training for clients to gain high school credentials and improve reading, writing, mathematics, and English language skills, as well as transition services to post secondary education, training, and careers.

Prospective students in need of GED preparation and basic skills instruction are accepted on an ongoing basis.
